• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds

• Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defective/wrong item).

Exchanges

• Exchange allowed for size/color variations, subject to stock availability.
• If the required product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Return Shipping

• Customers must bear return shipping costs, except if the product delivered is defective/wrong.
• For defective/wrong deliveries, we provide a free return label.
