• Orders below ₹999 will have a nominal standard shipping charge of ₹80.

• Free shipping applies only to standard delivery services. Express/priority shipping will be charged extra.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

• You can track your order through our courier partner’s tracking system.

Exceptions

• Bulky/oversized items may incur extra charges.
